OPUS Tuition guarantees that, within a 12-month period, the Student will achieve at least a 10 percent improvement in their academic results.

Refund Policy

If the Student does not meet the specified improvement benchmark, OPUS Tuition will process a full refund of the tuition fees paid for the year, ensuring that the investment in the student's education is risk-free.

Terms and Conditions of the Results Guarantee

To qualify for the Results Guarantee, the following conditions must be adhered to:

1. Homework Completion: The Student must complete all assigned homework, allowing for up to 3 missed assignments per quarter or per 12 lessons.
2. Full Program Commitment: The Student must complete a total of 48 lessons (1 lesson per week, 2 hours each) over the course of one year.
3. Improvement Calculation: Academic improvement will be assessed as a trend, calculated through the average marks of school-issued Weighted Assessments (WAs) and personal lesson topical tests. If, after one year, there is no overall increase of at least 10 marks, a full refund will be processed.
